At the beginning of January, we are taking an important step forward: Tom’s Modelauto’s will launch a completely renewed website. With a new visual identity and a modern technical system, we are building a future-proof platform that is faster, clearer and more user-friendly.
To prepare you properly for this transition, we explain below what this means for you.
Transition schedule
The actual transition will take place on January 7. During this transition, our website will be temporarily unavailable for a few hours.
Once the transition is complete, you can use the new website as you are used to, but in a renewed environment.
Your account will remain active
You do not need to worry about your account.
- Your existing account will be fully transferred to the new website
- You can continue to log in using your familiar email address
- Order and account details will remain available
To ensure security within the new system, you will be asked to reset your password when you log in to the new website for the first time.

Send us an email with your order number, name and adress and we cancel your order.
What are my payment options?
You can wire us the money by bank transfer or you can pay with Creditcard. Payment with Creditcard will have some extra Handling & administration fee's
What is your return policy?
You can contact us and we'll discuss how to return the product. You can send the product paid back to us at your own costs. You will be responsible for the product untill we receive it, so make sure it is not damaged and still in the original packaging. Please pack carefully.
How do I return items?

The packaging is protected in a sturdy (outer) packaging so that we get the model and packaging back as you received it (no labels or stickers on the original packaging), otherwise we cannot take back the model or costs incurred as a result will be charged brought.

What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means new article or new color. Delivery times can vary.
If you order a pre-order article you'll receive an email when the article can be shipped.
Can I see what is in stock?
We are working to get our stock visible on the website.
If we have added the stock to an article this will be visible via a traffic light with the article.
The traffic lights mean the following:
This article is in stock. This article is limited in stock. This article is out of our stock but in stock or already ordered at our suplier. Time of delivery two day`s to three weeks. This article is out of our stock but in stock or already ordered at our suplier. Because it`s imported from the US or China delivery can take a while. Time of delivery three to six weeks.
