Much more than just scale-cars: Officina 942 is a historical experiment that recreates models made with the same style, the same materials and the same techniques used for the production of the first metal toys, in the 1940s.
They are inspired by the shapes of the most famous Italian cars of that period and interpret them as they would have been done then, with a genuine spirit that fascinated children, but also appealed to parents, even before the birth of real collecting.
These models deliberately do not seek great detail, absolute precision, but respect and reproduce the spirit of their time today, just as if they had been made then.
The Officina 942 models are products for refined collectors, looking for a suggestion and charm that can only be found in objects from the past.
